Physical/ Pelvic Therapy Postpartum

I highly recommend looking into Pelvic Floor Therapy while postpartum. Your pelvic floor has undergone tremendous strain throughout pregnancy! Tending to the pelvic floor is important regardless of the type of birth you had.

Active Listening Exercise

This exercise is a great aid for partners to discuss their concerns and worries during this time. Taking the time to fully take in each others perspective creates a safe space for further understanding.

New Parenthood & Grief

Grief is experienced in many forms and the postpartum period can bring these feelings up. Putting words to this experience can aid in navigating the feelings that arise at this time.

First Few Days Feeding

A basic intro to effective techniques and key points for breastfeeding/ chestfeeding/ bodyfeeding your newborn. I recommend scheduling at least one lactation consultation in those early days or weeks once baby arrives.
