Austin New Moon Womb Healing Circle

We’ll be gathering at Mueller Lake Park under the Libra New Moon ⚖️ this moon is an opportunity to reestablish balance in your womb space. This moon circle brings us together to support one another in our healing journeys.

Together we will engage in various healing modalities such as:

🌬️ Intentional breathwork

🌸 Womb storytelling/connection

📝 Journaling

🕯️ Ritual

What to bring:

• yoga mat for meditation and movement
• journal or notebook and something to write with
• any special items such as crystals, talismans, or sacred objects that resonate with your healing journey to place on our collective altar
• an open heart and mind
